Rotaract Career Dinner & Social Returns

In the honor of World Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club of Stetson University is holding a professional development week to help all students at Stetson. A part of this week is the return of our spring signature event, the Career Dinner & Social.

This will feature a sit-down dinner alongside career professionals, to allow students to grow connections and have the ability to talk to professionals from within their career of interest.  This includes employer representatives from Total Quality Logistics, Marine Discovery Center, Pelican Water, Museum of Arts and Sciences, and Insight Credit Union. This event is co-sponsored by Stetson’s Career and Professional Development.

The Career Dinner & Social is open to all students on Friday, March 15, at 7 p.m. in the Rinker Welcome Center. Cultural Credit is Available. RSVP at: https://goo.gl/forms/SEJcAjI9Pnh5mS4c2.

Rotaract is a collegiate or community international-based organization for young men and women aged 18-30, valuing diversity. This club is sponsored by the DeLand Breakfast Rotary and a part of Rotary International. After being on hiatus, the Rotaract Club of Stetson University has been rechartered since 2016 after its initial charter in 2004.

Besides hosting events for professional development, the group participates in community service, conferences and study abroad opportunities. The Rotaract Club strives to continue to serve both the Stetson and DeLand community through all its efforts and hopes more students will become involved.
