Making Comprehensive Progress

As of the May Board of Trustees meeting Stetson University Development reported it raised $109 million on a $150 million comprehensive campaign. Other details of the status report include Annual Giving, Green, White & You, Donor Relations and Gift Planning.

Beyond Success - Significance Campaign Surpasses $100 Million

Stetson University's Beyond Success – Significance Campaign has surpassed the $100 million mark as bows and tags start appearing around campus this week to raise awareness about the impact and importance of philanthropy.

Addressing Adult Learning

In the spring of 2017, Stetson University in DeLand started its first class for its new Adult Degree Completion program leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership. The program is designed for working adults and offered in a hybrid format of online and on-campus classes. The program is making fast inroads, signing partnerships with Valencia College and the National Safety Council offices in Jacksonville and Orlando. The next step for the program is a proposed online launch in January of 2018.

Stetson University Launches $150 Million Campaign

Stetson University launched a $150 million comprehensive campaign, its first fundraising campaign since 2009. The Beyond Success — Significance campaign comes as Stetson is celebrating unprecedented growth: it recently welcomed the largest incoming class in its 132-year history, and its DeLand, Fla., the campus is in the midst of significant construction and renovation projects. Funds raised will be used for facilities, $50 million; student support, $40 million; faculty support, $40 million; and current use resources, $20 million. To date, more than $80 million has been raised.
