This is a three-part series about the work of three Stetson University alumni to help the current generation of students understand what they had to go through to help integrate Stetson University in 1964, making it one of the first in Florida to admit African-American students.
University Honors Alumni During Homecoming
Stetson University and President Wendy B. Libby, PhD, used the annual President's Breakfast during Homecoming to note the contributions and support of the university's distinguished alumni.
A Jump in Participation
Alumni Engagement reported an increase in 2017 of alumni participation in admissions and student recruitment events through the Hatter Alumni Recruitment Team, HART, including hosting Accepted Student Receptions and Off to Stetson events for newly matriculated students.
