D4, Use Human Resource Planning to Drive Innovation:
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) implementation is on hold awaiting further guidance from the Labor Department. Benefit Renewal has been completed.
Applicant Tracking: System development and design of the applicant-tracking system and applicant portal continued. This project is currently in the testing phase with a rollout expected in March 2017.
Online Performance Evaluation: An online performance evaluation process was successfully implemented. Minor improvements are planned for next year.
Campus Climate Survey: The Human Resources Office is working closely with internal staff to identify ways to support the university in responding to the issues and concerns highlighted in the Campus Climate Survey Report.
Promoted Denise Vega to assistant controller. She earned her M.B.A. from Stetson in 2005 and recently completed Certified Payroll Professional certification.
