Taylor Hibel

Taylor Hibel

Biology

Taylor Hibel was outstanding in both Stetson's Department of Biology and the university’s Bonner Program. She was an amazing" senior research student; she came up with her own project (exposing salamander embryos to boron), and she was both independent and collegial.

Taylor's involvement in the Bonner Program's Spring Hill project has influenced her goals for the future. She has applied for a master's program at Florida Gulf Coast University in educational leadership. Also, she hopes to continue working in the DeLand and Spring Hill areas near Stetson to bring engaging STEM experiences to students.
