Peter Greubel is an Edmunds Scholar, and a member of the football team. He has studied abroad and has also worked as a Safer Stetson champion as a part of the university’s COVID-19 response. In addition, he has participated in the Honors Program, is a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, serves as the finance director for Hatterthon, sings in the Concert Choir and works for the Florida Department of Health, where he handles case investigation and monitoring for COVID-19 cases in Volusia County.
During his time at Stetson Peter has displayed "intelligence, confidence, integrity and professionalism," commented one professor, who added, "However, I am most impressed by his exceptional and genuine kindness. He is perfect in advocating for health in a world that needs more humanitarian leaders."
After graduation, Peter plans to take a gap year and has accepted a seasonal job outside of Yellowstone National Park in Montana. During that time, he will be studying for the GRE and determining which graduate degree to pursue.
