Megan Hanley

Health Sciences

During her time at Stetson, Megan has held a part-time job to support herself and save for graduate school. She was a Wellness and Recreation Peer Leader and a member of the Pre-Health Club, Boys & Girls Club, and World Central Kitchen. Megan has always put education above everything else, in her own words, “exactly the way her mother taught her." She completed her senior research project examining body composition and body perception amongst students. She wishes to express how she cherishes every ounce of support she has received from her family, friends, peers, and professors during her time at Stetson University. One of her professors has commented, "Megan is a dedicated student and a dynamic learner. She is kind and compassionate. I know that she will make a positive impact helping her patients heal and recover." Megan plans to take a gap year after graduating. She will pursue CPT and/or CSCS certifications while working and shadowing to prepare for her goal of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
