Madison Sepiol

Russian, East European & Eurasian Studies

Madison is a member of Dobro Slovo honor society and the Vmeste Student Union. She recently presented a paper, "Crafting the Truth Through News: Novaya Gazeta's Coverage of the 2014 Annexation of Crimea" at the 2023 Southern Conference on Slavic Studies. After graduation, Madison is headed to Warsaw, Poland this summer to study Ukrainian and work directly with organizations supporting Ukrainian refugees in Warsaw.
