Chelsey Paul

Communication and Media Studies

Chelsey is a communication and media studies major and a music minor. She is a member and the Vice President of Lambda Pi Eta (National Honor Society for Communication Studies). As a communication and media studies major, she was a Residential Education Intern with Stetson Residential Living and Learning. She also worked as a Front Desk Project Manager for the Stetson University Writing Center. Her senior research is a rhetorical criticism: “Right-Wing Political Figures and the Weaponization of the Term ‘Cancel Culture’.”

The department faculty recognize her ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with others, as well as her ability to engage in and contribute to class discussions. After she graduates, Chelsey plans to travel to Grenada and Brazil and eventually pursue a career in the music industry.
