Briana Rose Rosado

Communication and Media Studies

Briana is a communication and media studies major and a Philosophy minor. She is a member and Secretary of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Honor Society for Communication Studies. While at Stetson, she worked as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant and Library Assistant for the duPont-Ball Library. Briana completed her internship in communication and visual media for the Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her senior research is a rhetorical criticism: “What Men Want: The Power of Gender Identification in Film.”

Briana has a genuine enthusiasm for course topics and is always eager to make connections outside of class. She is creative, expressive, and vividly communicates her message in various forms. The faculty recognize her willingness to choose complex topics for assignments with novel approaches.

After graduation, she hopes to find a career that involves marketing ideas and/or designing characters and editing videos for branding purposes. Briana wants to enjoy what she does, and ultimately create something new and impactful.
