Brian Levine interned in a fourth-grade classroom, where he worked with a recent Volusia County Schools "teacher of the year." Brian is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of his students by challenging them to think "outside the box," according to professors. They describe him as a creative and gifted educator who is passionate about making learning fun for students.
Brian's senior research examined the link between the standards for social and emotional learning and student behavior. He is a student in Stetson’s honors program and a member of Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education. Following graduation, Brian plans to continue his teaching career in Colorado, and he eventually wants to pursue a career in educational policy.
