Alyssa is a driven student who has excelled academically and as a student athlete: she was captain of the softball team. Alyssa is a self-motivated, focused and diligent student. Her work has always been thorough, showing interest and insight, resulting in her maintaining excellent academic performance during her studies. Alyssa completed her senior research on breakfast consumption patterns among Stetson students. She exhibited a high level of dedication and commitment and maintained a perfect GPA during her studies. One professor commented, "Alyssa is a go-getter who works hard and will be successful in anything she does," while another remarked, "Alyssa is an incredible learner and an absolute joy to have in the classroom. She is curious and soaks up information that she can apply to complex concepts. She sets a great example for other students. Alyssa will excel in graduate school and become an excellent practitioner one day." Alyssa is taking a gap year to gain hours of experience in the health field and apply to Advent Health University’s Physician Assistant program through the AHU – Stetson articulation agreement.
