Adrianna was in Stetson’s Honors Program and earned a major in Molecular and Cellular Biology with minors in Chemistry, German, and Psychology. Her senior research project was titled "Testing amplification of the butterfly gene optix by polymerase chain reaction and recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA)." Adrianna served as a TA/research assistant for Dr. Kee's Molecular Biology and Biotechnology course.

She also served on the executive board of Pi Beta Phi as the Vice President of Risk Management, was a FOCUS Orientation leader and was inducted into Phi Eta Sigma as a freshman. After graduation, Adrianna plans to take a gap year to work and gain lab experience and then apply to PhD programs in molecular biology or microbiology.
