Facility Use Agreement

This agreement is to be used when a non-Stetson external organization, group or individual wants to reserve a room or area of campus for their event, function or activity. Examples of rooms or campus areas include the Stetson Room, Lee Chapel, Allen Hall and Lynn Business Center Boardroom. This form should also be used by employees, students or alumni who wish to hold their personal event on campus, such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary celebration, shower, reception, etc.
