Dear Staff Colleagues –

As discussed in the webinars yesterday, in order to finalize telecommuting arrangements, you must read and acknowledge the “Working From Home Guidelines” form. Your supervisor will be going over the form with you and clarifying any questions about your work assignments, how you will check in and out each day, how you will meet and communicate, etc.

You can find the form here. The form must be submitted by Friday, March 27th. Completing the form is a requirement to be approved for working remotely and each employee working remotely must fill out the form personally. It cannot be filled out by a supervisor on their behalf.
