Global Brigades 2020 – Information Session TODAY!

This is a reminder that there will an informational session for those interested in learning more about Stetson’s upcoming volunteering experience through Global Brigades. We will be holding an informational session on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 6:30 p.m. in Sage Hall Room 242. We’ll be discussing the organization’s goals, schedules and new plans for the brigade! Feel free to invite anyone who might be interested in participating (graduate students, staff and faculty members can participate as well!).

Global Brigades is the largest student-led global health movement around the world. It is a nonprofit organization that partners with communities in Central America to strive and meet their health and economic goals while promoting sustainability. Student volunteers participate in brigades that usually last around seven days. During that time, you get to actively learn about the organization’s holistic model while empowering community members and meeting fellow student volunteers.
