EDGE Program Part-time, Grad Student Supervisor/Coordinator Opening: Deadline Nov. 24
Stetson’s Office of Career & Professional Development (CaPD) is seeking a one-year, part-time Graduate Student Coordinator/Supervisor (GSCS) for the EDGE program. The position starts in January 2020 and requires a 20 hour-per-week commitment. Pay is $13,000 for one year (grant funded).
The GSCS will plan and implement a 3-Day May 2020 Career Readiness Boot Camp. The GSCS will hire, train and supervise three undergraduate EDGE mentors. The GSCS will promote the EDGE program and select and prepare 30 financially challenged Stetson University undergraduate students for the career boot camp. After the boot camp, the GSCS will be responsible (along with EDGE mentors and CaPD staff) for all participants realizing their short-term goals as written in their career action plans (e.g., summer internship, post-graduation job, acceptance to graduate/professional school).
