Hatter Hacks and Making Money Moves – Cultural Credit Available!
The Office of Student Financial Planning will be kicking off Financial Literacy Week today, Nov. 12, with two events! Both events have Cultural Credit available.
The first event is Hatter Hacks: Budgeting and Saving Money, which will be from 11 a.m.- noon in the Lynn Presentation Room of the Rinker Welcome Center. During this event, Wells Fargo Bank will share strategies for tracking spending habits, setting a personal budget, and saving money for short-term and long-term goals.
The second event today is Making Money Moves: What to Focus on First. This event will take place from 3-4 p.m. in the LBC, Room 224. Dr. Valrie Chambers will provide insight on the financial challenges that you may come across throughout your lifetime and help you learn what to tackle first.
