The Fall John B. Well Workshop Series Continues Oct. 17!

Faculty and Staff,

Do you know any students who are struggling to manage their emotional wellbeing? This workshop is specifically created to help those students learn about ways to manage their stress and understand the resources available to them on campus.  Please share the following announcement with these students:

Student Counseling Services is excited to continue our John B. Well Workshop series. All workshops are free and open to all active Stetson students, and Cultural Credit is available. Our second workshop for the semester is on Thursday, Oct. 17!

Fitness is not just for our physical self. Having the skills to manage our emotional health is equally as important. SCS counselor, Erika Lohmus, discusses the vital roles that self-awareness and resiliency play in our ability to manage stress, cope with life’s difficulties, and maintain healthy relationships with others.
