Japan Exchange and Teaching Program Information Session, Oct. 8, 5:30 p.m., Rinker Welcome Center, First Floor
The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program will be conducting an information session to discuss post-graduation opportunities in Japan. The session will take place next Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 5:30 p.m. on the first floor of the Rinker Welcome Center.
A former JET Program participant will discuss the Assistant Language Teacher and Coordinator for International Relations positions. Japanese language skills are not required, but a strong interest in learning about Japanese culture is a plus. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
The Japanese government sponsors this program, which includes a full-time paid position, great insurance benefits, free airfare to Japan, and alumni networks to help with a successful return to the U.S. job market after the program.
This session is open to all majors.
