Gender Equity Week at Stetson, March 28-April 5

Several departments at Stetson University have come together to host a Gender Equity Week. Join the movement by participating in the programs! Please find a list of programs below, several of these initiatives are eligible for cultural credit!

Tuesday, March 28: 5:30-7:30 p.m. – Intervene! Bystander Intervention Training: hosted by The WELL Team in Hollis Center Classroom, 123.

Wednesday, March 29: 10 a.m.–2 p.m. – Free Rapid HIV Testing in Hollis Center hosted by The WELL Team.

 ***This program is eligible for cultural credit.

Thursday, March 30, and Friday, March 31: Mixed Martial Arts Group Exercise Classes – Thursday from 4-5 p.m. or Friday from 1-2 p.m. in the Hollis Center Studio 1.

Saturday, April 1: 5 p.m.-5 a.m. Rinker Field -Relay for Life

Monday, April 3, 8 p.m.: Movie night in Chaudoin – showing the movie “North Country.”

Tuesday, April 4: 1 – 5 p.m. Clothesline Project on Palm Court  — Clothesline will be displayed through April 7, this program is hosted by The WELL Team.

Wednesday, April 5: 6 – 9 p.m.: Take Back the Night, hosted by The WELL Team. Join for a group discussion in the LBC Rinker Auditorium, followed by a candlelit walk into downtown to Take Back the Night!
