Quality of Service – Lunch and Learn

The Quality of Service invites you to a (brown-bag lunch) Lunch and Learn session in which Dr. Hari Pulapaka, associate professor of math and computer science, will present a cooking session on creative side dishes using seasonal and local ingredients that are available in the Volusia County Farmers Market. Please plan to bring your own lunch.

When: Thursday, Nov. 21

Time: Noon to 1 p.m.

Location: Hollis Center, Classroom 123

The demonstration will include samples of the following menu:

Kale Salad

Roasted Broccoli and Garlic Gratin

Roasted Pumpkin Soup

Pickled Radish with Home-Made Crème Fraiche
