“Passport Day in the USA”
The State Department has declared March 9 as “Passport Day in the USA” and will be opening up all 25 of their passport centers to the public. Normally, they require you to schedule an appointment and provide proof of travel within 7-days to get into one of these offices. This means that any students or educators who currently do not have a passport will be able to get a passport in record time without having to put their info in the mail.
More information, as well as a link to the passport offices around the US including Florida, is available at this special program website site.
