Several employees have asked about the annual limits on pre-tax deductions one can contribute to the Stetson Supplemental Retirement Account (SRA) with TIAA- CREF for calendar year 2013. Please allow me to share with you that the IRS announced the following:
- The limitation on the exclusion for elective deferrals for our TIAA CREF §403(b) plan has increased to $17,500 annually.
- The catch-up contribution limit for those age 50 and over remains unchanged at $5,500.
You can change your Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) contribution amount by completing and submitting a new Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) form. If you are not participating in the SRA and would like to, you may enroll online TIAA Cref Online Enrollment.
