Men’s Conditioning taught by Alex Beckett,  Stetson student and certified Personal Trainer:

  • When?  Sundays, 1-2 p.m.
  • Where?  Begins at the Hollis Center patio then moves around campus
  • What?  Workouts inspired by MMA, the military, and CrossFit
  • Why?  To push your body!
