Does food interest you?
If so, join the conversation Tuesday, April 10, 7 p.m. Elizabeth Hall Room 319. Our guest, Gail Eggeman (Stetson class of 1974), runs the St. Petersburg Saturday Morning Market http://www.saturdaymorningmarket.com/. She started a Slow Food chapter in St. Petersburg, and has been to the international event (Terra Madre) led by the Slow Food founder Carlos Petrini. She also pulls together organic farmers for activities. Ms. Eggeman is a former municipal CPA and grant-writer, and understands the financing of small charitable groups. Ms. Eggeman will share experiences and tips such as how to rebound when the St. Petersburg Grand Prix is scheduled to run through your market.
