My Favorite Class at Stetson:
My favorite class at Stetson has been Mathematical Statistics with Dr. Miles - having a class with 10 students with similar passions and such a supportive professor allowed me to have a newfound appreciation for my major.
Advice to Prospective Students:
Become connected with your professors - they can offer so much more to your academic career than just a completed course! Ask them about their research interests, favorite classes they took as an undergraduate, and even what led them to become a professor - you may be surprised by the amazing professional experiences they have to share with you!
Favorite Place on Campus:
The Stetson Green outside of the Carlton Union Building (CUB) - this spot between the library and the CUB is just a great place for me and my friends to sit and catch up after class and enjoy the sunshine for a bit.
