Stacey-Rae Simcox joined Stetson in July 2014 from William & Mary School of Law, where she was the founder and director of the nationally recognized Lewis B. Puller Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic. Professor Simcox regularly speaks across the country on veterans law topics, provides training to other law schools on creating successful veterans clinics, and conducts outreach to homeless veterans. She is a veteran of eight years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps on active duty and in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Ronald “Rocky” Roodhouse joined the Veterans Advocacy Clinic in February 2017. He recently retired from the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, in which he practiced in the fields of military justice, law of armed conflict, administrative law, and ethics.

Shirley Booker has worked in the legal profession for more than 15 years and at Stetson since 2012. Booker served six years of active duty, rising to the rank of sergeant as a personnel supervisor in the U.S. Army. She is also a VA Accredited Agent for Veterans Benefits.
