Yoga with Carolina – Updated

Allow Carolina to be your guide, as you discover the true power of yoga through this one-hour long practice. Using Carolina’s 20-20-20 approach, each class will be a special blend of yoga styles and techniques integrated to help you feel magical mental, emotional, and physical benefits of a yoga practice, after just one hour. You will leave class feeling more relaxed, accomplished, and recharged for another day of life. Expect to stretch, sweat, and smile. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing.
