Summer Tuition and Financial Aid

The Business Office has received inquiries about the amount of tuition, when tuition is due for the summer 2015 semester, and when financial aid checks will be distributed.  Please find the relevant information below:

Summer 2015 tuition for full-time JD and LLM International students who are taking 5 or more credits is $9,986.00 and full-time JD and LLM International students taking less than 5 hours will be charged $1,997.20 per hour; tuition for part-time JD students is $6,911.00; MBA tuition is $2,721.00 per class; LLM Elder Law tuition is $1,400.00  per credit hour and LLM Advocacy is $1,100.00 per credit hour.  In addition to tuition, there are fees for each program.  With the exception of LLM Elder Law and LLM Advocacy, which has a $50 technology fee, all other students are charged $50 for SBA fees and $30 for activity fees. Tuition and fees have already been posted to your student account, based on your current registration status.

Tuition is payable by the first day of classes, Friday, June 5, 2015. Any student who has not paid the balance on their student account or made arrangements with the Business Office by the close of business on June 8, 2015,  will be charged a late fee of $200.  As in the past, methods of acceptable payment are cash, check, or money order.

As a condition of using your credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee equal to 2.5% of the payment will be incurred. E-checks do not incur a convenience fee.

If the amount of your financial aid is in excess of the amount of your tuition and fees for the summer, you will receive a check for the net difference to cover your living expenses.  You may pick this check up in the Business Office beginning Thursday, June 4, 2015 after 1 p m.
