Abrahamson & Uiterwyk  (2Ls and 3Ls for School Year Law Clerk positions in its office(s) in Tampa, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
Civil litigation firm in Tampa is currently accepting applications from students for an immediate opportunity offering dynamic exposure into the fast-paced world of civil litigation.  The position will offer varied opportunities, including drafting motions, assisting attorneys with preparation for both hearings and trials, summarizing depositions, and much more. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. The candidate is expected to work 15-20 hours per week.

Bush Ross, P.A. (3Ls for School Year Law Clerk positions in its office(s) in Tampa, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
The Community Associations practice group at Bush Ross, P.A. seeks a 3L with strong research skills interested in a school year law clerk position (approximately 10-15 hours per week).  Community association law is part real estate, part corporate, part environmental, part contract – essentially, running small cities.  The clerk’s work will consist of research and light drafting, primarily centered on the areas of real estate, Florida Statutes Ch. 718 and Ch. 720, and some corporate.

Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A. (Recent Graduates for Associate positions in its office(s) in Sarasota, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
Sarasota-based, AV statewide mid-size litigation firm seeking entry level associate for general litigation position with emphasis on construction law. Position will involve document review, legal research and writing, motion practice and discovery, with opportunity for trial. Candidate should have experience/knowledge/interest in construction. Kubicki Draper is a full-service law firm with a dozen offices in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Kubicki Draper enjoys a national reputation for expertise in the handling of complex, high stakes litigation matters, as well as appellate, general commercial, and real estate practice. The Summer Associate position is available to rising 2Ls who are predominately interested in civil litigation, including personal injury (insurance defense), construction defect, and appellate work.

Applicants can apply, and modify applications, until the deadline, as no candidate materials are sent to an employer until after the close of the application period.

Stetson Law OCR Policy AffirmationEvery student participating in OCR must complete Stetson Law’s On Campus Recruiting Policy Agreement Form (found by clicking here) before their materials will be sent to the employer.  Note that if you completed this for a prior application Session you do not need to do it again (i.e. it only needs to be done once).
