Event: Leadership Luncheon
Event Date: February 18, 2015
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Public Event:

Join the Student Leadership Development Committee  for our February Luncheon, where we will be hosting  the Honorable Patrice Moore who will be speaking on our pillar of “community”.

Before serving the Sixth Circuit, Judge Moore served the community as an assistant public defender, developing an empathy for people who were unable to advocate for themselves. Now, as a sitting judge for the unified family court in Pinellas County, Judge Moore’s compassion extends to members of the entire community, most notably children in civil dependency cases and criminal court.

Lunch will be served to the first 100 program participants. Students who want to enjoy the meal must stay for the duration of the program. The food will not be allowed to leave the room with non-participants.

The program is designed to end in time for 1:00pm classes. In order to receive a credit towards the Leadership Certificate presented at Graduation, participants must stay for the entire program. Participants will receive one credit toward the Leadership Certificate for participating in the program.
