Earn Non-Legal Pro Bono or Get Paid for Taking Class Notes!
Stetson is seeking note takers for the Spring 2018 semester for several courses. Note takers are students, enrolled in the class, who work or volunteer for the College of Law to provide class notes as part of course ADA accommodation. You have the option to earn an hourly wage or non-legal pro bono hours for your time spent after class polishing and submitting class notes to the Accommodate Student Portal.
If you are interested in being a note taker for the Spring 2018 semester, log into Symplicity and view the “Stetson Law Job Postings” to see the courses with note-taking opportunities. To apply, please upload your resume and sample notes (maximum 5 pages) through Symplicity.
Priority in hiring for hourly wages will be given to those participating in the Federal Work Study Program and those who have satisfactory prior note taking experience. If you are interested in the Federal Work Study Program, please email email@example.com for more information.
If you would like more information, please contact the ADA Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
