Stetson Law Review is proud to announce that three of its members’ Articles have been selected for publication in legal journals!
Robert Barton’s Article, co-authored by Alisa Smith & Sean Maddan, An Empirical Examination of Societal Expectations of Privacy in the Digital Age of GPS, Cell Phone Towers, and Drones, has been published in the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology.
Jill Boyer’s Article, Creating Stable Warranty Provisions: A Critical Look into the Non-Uniform Statutes Governing the Horse Trade, will be published in a forthcoming edition of the UCC Law Journal and will be the first student work published in the journal.
Kelley Thompson’s Article, The New Uniform Debate: Examining the State Constitutionality of the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program After McCall v. Scott, will be published in next Spring’s Local Government Issue of Stetson Law Review.
Robert and Jill joined Stetson Law Review as Associates in the Summer of 2016. Robert currently serves as an Articles & Symposia Editor and Jill is currently a Senior Associate. Kelley joined Stetson Law Review in the Winter of 2017 and is currently an Associate.
