Application process for Co-Chair of the SBA Finance Committee now Open

SBA has an open  position for the Co-Chair of the SBA Finance Committee. This is a great opportunity to participate in a very active committee within SBA that makes important decisions for the student body. 

 Pursuant to the ByLaws Amendments passed regarding committees, the Finance Committee’s description is as follows: 

Finance Committee – Shall receive budget requests from each SBA recognized organization, compile a consolidated budget, and submit it to the Legislative Council. Shall also be responsible for assisting organizations with saving money by establishing a list of Preferred Vendors (i.e., restaurants, transportation companies), assisting with providing metrics for SBA or student organization initiatives, and fundraising as approved by Student Life.
