2021 Period Drive

Period products are not a luxury item. Yet, this is not the reality for many women globally, as they often lack access to pads, tampons and other feminine hygiene products. To tackle this issue within our local community, BLSA, Lambda Legal Society, FAWLs, and other student organization leaders invite and encourage the campus body to participate in our 2021 Period Drive by donating feminine hygiene products to our initiative. On October 20th, 2021, from 12-1pm, we'll be tabling in the Crummer Courtyard to collect donations. All donations will be given to the St. Petersburg Free Clinic, which will then be accessible to women in the Pinellas Park and Gulfport areas. Menstrual hygiene is a matter of human rights, not a privilege. Help us make this a reality by contributing to this cause!
