International Humanitarian Law, NATO, and the War in Ukraine

Join Michal Homza, a Stetson alum, who is currently working with the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic to set up a new NATO military infrastructure in Slovakia (NATO Multinational Battlegroup) as well as facilitating legal aspects of the provision of support from the perspective of defense to Ukraine.  He is also a former member of the Chairmanship Task Force of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, focusing on Ukraine.

Fire & Art Show: Social Justice Art Expo

Jessica Merker and Edson Abadia Jr. will be co-hosting an event featuring social justice oriented poetry and art with the hopes of engaging our community in an exploration of how the law and policy impacts diversity in America.

This event is the culmination of Lambda students' Directed Research Project for our Social Justice Advocacy Concentration, and we want to feature your poetry! Lambda invites students, student organizations, and local community members to join us for this evening of art and fire! As the sun welcomes in the evening there will be a fire show by local fire duo Sintra. Fresh Kitchen will be served!

Join Food Law Society and Environmental Society this Earth Day to help repair and replant Stetson's on-campus garden! We'll be planting a variety of herbs and vegetables that will be available for students to take from as they continue to grow and replenish. The garden is located across from the North parking lot, just before you enter to the pool. Supplies will be provided by Food Law Society, all we need now is your help!
