2017 Fall Tuition, Fees and Financial Aid


The Business Office has received inquiries about the amount of tuition, when tuition is due for the fall 2017 semester, and when financial aid checks will be distributed. Please find the relevant information below:

Fall 2017 tuition for full-time JD and LLM International students who are taking 10 or more credits is $21,163.00 and full-time JD and LLM International students taking less than 10 hours will be charged $2,116.30 per credit hour; tuition for part-time JD students is $14,622.00; MBA tuition is $3,027.00 per class; LLM Elder Law tuition is $1,400 per credit hour and LLM Advocacy is $1,100.00 per credit hour. In addition to tuition, there are fees for each program. With the exception of LLM Elder Law and LLM Advocacy, which have a $50 technology fee, full-time students and LLM International students are charged $50 for SBA fees and $110 for activity fees and part-time students are charged $50 for SBA fees and $100 for activity fees. By COB on August 4, 2017, tuition and fees will post to your student account based on your current registration status.

Tuition is payable by the first day of classes, Monday, August 21, 2017. Any student who has not paid the balance on their student account or made arrangements with the Business Office will be charged a late fee of $200. Because Tuesday is the first time Part Time students will be on the Gulfport campus, we will extend the due date and not post this late fee until the close of business on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. As in the past, methods of acceptable payment are cash, check, or money order.

As a condition of using your credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee equal to 2.5% of the payment will be incurred. E-checks do not incur a convenience fee.

If the amount of your financial aid is in excess of the amount of your tuition and fees for the fall, you will receive a check for the net difference to cover your living expenses. You may pick this check up in the Business Office beginning Friday, August 18, 2017 after 1 p m.
