10 Free Tickets: Friday’s Path to Inclusion Symposium
There are 10 Free Student Registrations available for the November 10th Path to Inclusion Symposium sponsored by the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Diversity and Inclusion.
The free registration (courtesy of several law firms) includes lunch. Students must be able to attend the entire day (9:45-4:45pm) at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.
The Path to Inclusion Symposium 2017 will focus on developing competencies aimed at creating a more inclusive legal profession and law practices in corporate law departments, law firms and in the public sector. The cost for attendance will include presentations on gender bias, implicit and explicit bias, multicultural inter-disciplinary programs, and analysis of Project Implicit. During the plenary session, you will explore how implicit bias affects lawyers and the legal profession. Additional information about speakers can be found here:
