Catherine B. Martin is director for Career Development for Stetson Law. She has held professional, senior executive, and consulting positions in human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning over a 35 year business and consulting career. She has worked in small entrepreneurial enterprises as well as global organizations, Fortune 100 companies, and joint venture projects, specializing in building the right strategy and plan for the intended outcome.
Governor Jeb Bush appointed Martin to the inaugural Workforce Florida Board of Directors in 2000, where she served on the Executive Committee as chair of First Jobs/First Wages, and she includes Associated Dry Goods, Colgate-Palmolive Company, Smith & Nephew Inc., and Eckerd Youth Alternatives Inc., among her past employers. She moved from corporate leadership to career development and workforce planning consulting in 2004. Since 2009, she has published The Job Whisperer, a career development blog, and her articles on nonprofit strategy, including social enterprise, are published in West's Legal Forms, 4th ed., Vol. 29.
Catherine Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.

Jim Martin is a practicing lawyer, legal author, and adjunct professor. His undergraduate experience at Georgia Tech and Stetson University concentrated on science, mathematics and computer technology. His Stetson Law education prepared him for work as a lawyer handling the broad range of legal problems confronting individuals and businesses in Florida.
His work as a Florida lawyer has taken him into many fields of law: probate estates, wills, trusts, business, corporations, nonprofits, employment, real estate, construction, and litigation. He has written seven volumes of legal forms books for West Publishing and numerous articles for ALI-ABA and The Florida Bar, and he teaches legal drafting and law practice management as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law. He serves on the editorial board of ALI-ABA The Practical Lawyer, and he has served on: the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, the executive councils of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and Law Practice Management sections. His government service included computer work for U.S. Department of Defense and serving as a St. Petersburg city councilman. He is a graduate of Leadership St. Pete and Leadership Tampa Bay. He serves as trustee, secretary and attorney for the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Fla. He is rated AV by Martindale and is listed in Who's Who in America and the World.
