Join Stetson University College of Law Professor Roberta Flowers as she guides us through navigating difficult situations involving professionalism and ethics. This interactive presentation will involve a discussion of the ethical rules that apply to the attorney/client relationship, and the impact of attorneys’ professionalism and discretion on decision making for clients. The session will cover common ethical dilemmas in the criminal, civil and family law settings.
