Checklist for Supervising Attorneys - Clinics and Externships

Welcome to Stetson’s Clinical Education program. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for agreeing to participate in our clinical program as a supervising professor/attorney. Clinical programs are often the first legal work experience for students, and the supervising attorney can be one of the most significant role models during the formative years of a student’s career. Our goal with this website is to provide a central hub for all material needed for successful supervision.

Please be sure to do the following:

1. Attend Clinic Orientation: June 9, 2014, 4:45-6:15 p.m.

2. Submit Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (will be available soon)

The MOU is to be filled out by the Supervising Attorney within the first week of each semester.

3. Submit Student Evaluation Form

The Student Evaluation Form is to be submitted twice a semester. Please ensure the Final Evaluation is submitted prior to the last day of the semester.
