Gottman Level 2: University Outreach Program

After introduction to the fundamentals of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy presented in the Level 1 Training, the Level 2 Training will expand your assessment strategies and intervention techniques. This is the next step toward certification and designation as a Certified Gottman Therapist. At the completion of Level 2 Training, you should have the clinical familiarity, knowledge, and resources to integrate the Gottman Method Couples Therapy assessments and interventions into your clinical work. Level 2 is offered in an online format, includes 19 hours of video training, a digital training manual with the content, assessments, interventions, and references discussed in the training videos, and a PDF of the lecture slides. An assessment will be given at the end of the training in order to receive Gottman Level 2 Certification and 19 CE hours.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Level 1.
Who: Stetson Counseling Students, Stetson Alumni, and Stetson Site Supervisors.
Where: Online Training. All participants will receive a custom coupon code to register via their Gottman.com account.
When: June 13 - 28, 2020. Participants will watch the videos from home, and then take an assessment at the end as proof of completion and comprehension.
Cost: $199 (Includes digital training manual). Continuing education credits are included for no additional fee.
