Business Study Abroad Programs

College is the perfect time for you to invest in yourself through unique, enriching study abroad experiences. Businesses are looking for potential employees with cross-cultural knowledge and understanding. These opportunities will not only give you a competitive edge in the workforce, but they will also provide you with the opportunity to grow personally and academically. 

Annual Programs

Expanding on the school's rich history of study abroad experiences, the School of Business is offering seven featured study abroad experiences for the summer of 2022. Whether you want to expand your practical experience through case study or improve your leadership skills, there is a program for you. 



China and Hong Kong
Dates: TBD

Follow the innovation trail and learn the process of developing a micro-innovation company while traveling in China and the United States. Students will learn to identify products in the market with high demand but low customer ratings. They will then evaluate the products and micro-innovate solutions. Students will identify a manufacturer in China, schedule a visit to their facility, and follow the trail back to the American market.

Stetson Innsbruck Program

Innsbruck, Austria
Dates: June 29 - July 30, 2022

This all-inclusive program, now in its 25th year, allows students to take AACSB International-approved business courses taught abroad by full-time Stetson University faculty and distinguished visitors. This year, the program includes new group excursions, including a day trip to Munich, Germany. Innsbruck is centrally located in the cool and beautiful Alps and is an ideal base to study and travel through Europe.

Innsbruck Global

The Management Center of Innsbruck offers a summer program for English-speaking students from countries all over the world. Students will take specialized business courses that utilize the international context to broaden your understanding of international business and culture. This experience is geared for students interested in more independent exploration while taking courses with other international students.

Inverness, United Kingdom

This is a multi-university faculty-led program including professors from Stetson, Jacksonville University and Utah Valley University all congregating in Inverness, Scotland, to teach students economics, management and marketing as they relate to the international community. The program includes a resume-boosting case study project with a local Scottish business.

South Korea

Seoul, South Korea
Dates: TBD

Take up to two courses at Hanyang University in the heart of Seoul. Select up to two courses from the myriad of offerings from distinguished international professors, including courses in the areas of art, business, communication, Korean language, science and much more. With over 40 nationalities represented each year, Stetson students will have ample opportunities to network with peers from around the globe.
