Each semester, the Prince Entrepreneurship Program hosts Entrepreneurship Thursdays, a seminar series featuring nationally recognized speakers, pitch competitions and startup advice. All events are free and open to the public; however, seating is limited.

Do you have an idea you would like to act upon, but don’t know how to get started? During this session, we will show you how to launch your idea as a student, using the resources available to you locally. By the way, IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A BUSINESS IDEA.

Entrepreneurship Thursday - Sean Donovan

March 14, 2019 | 6-7 p.m. 

Donovan will speak to the young entrepreneurs on March 14. As a self-proclaimed, “authorprenuer,” Donovan will share how he turned his experience writing, editing, publishing and selling books into a successful business.

Entrepreneurship Thursday - Randy Ware

March 28, 2019 | 6-7 p.m.

Just a few weeks later, on March 28, Randy Ware, a Stetson alumnus and Clearwater resident, will explain how he achieved entrepreneurial success by founding a company that buys and sells surplus surgical supplies around the world. His company, WestCMR, cuts expenses for hospitals and keeps metal and plastics out of landfills.

As the seminar series comes to a close on April 11, Gino Santos, a member of the advisory board for the Prince Entrepreneurship Program, will discuss his endeavor as founder of Premium Blend, Inc., an innovative wine-based liquor substitute.
