The 2018 Global Citizenship Symposium planning committee is happy to share our call for proposals. This interdisciplinary symposium is made up of a series of events that will take place between April 6 and April 17, and will focus on this year’s theme of Immigration. The goal of Symposium is to connect conversations about immigration that are happening on our campus, start new ones, increase awareness of issues relating to local, regional, national and global cross-border movements, and generate concrete actions. We specifically welcome your contributions and ideas for examining immigration from the lenses of education, laws and policy, economy and business, identity and the immigrant experience, and celebrating and sharing diversity across borders.
We welcome proposals from students, staff and faculty.
For more information and to submit a proposal, please visit our symposium page.
Proposals are due by March 13, 2018.
