Be Homeless For A Night with Habitat for Humanity and Student Homeless Coalition.
Homeless For A Night will occur next Thursday, Oct. 17 from 9 p.m.-7 a.m. on the Stetson Green, where you have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be homeless while learning about homelessness in Volusia County. Cultural credit is available. To sign up or to get more information please come by the Habitat for Humanity Table at the CUB between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. any weekday until Oct. 17.
A $5 dollar donation is requested so that you can get a T-shirt and food at the event while also supporting the efforts of Habitat for Humanity to create affordable housing and Student Homeless Coalition to help end homelessness in Volusia County.
