#FitFam

#FallFitFam and #SpringFitFam are 4-week series focusing on regular exercise, forming accountability with others, learning about wellness habits, earning prizes, and having fun! This program is designed to be accessible to any person willing to participate. Participants form groups of 4 with friends or with new people that will work together to earn points and win prizes.

BetterU - for Employees

BetterU is a new employee fitness program offered collaboratively by Wellness & Recreation and Human Resources. This program is typically four weeks long and offered twice during the semester. Visit the Human Resources website for more information.

Group Fitness

Check out Stetson's live virtual fitness classes by downloading the Wellness and Recreation app (SU W&R).  You may register up to 24 hours in advance and all classes will be offered through Zoom.  You can enjoy a great fitness experience from the comfort of your own space.  The Zoom link and password will be emailed to registered participants 15 minutes before the start of class.  Classes will be recorded and posted below for participants who cannot attend live sessions.
