Health Huts

Health Huts are facilitated weekly by members of The WELL Team and PACT Peer Edcuation Organizations. They provide you with an opportunity to engage in a variety of health topics on a deeper level. The WELL Team utilizes motivational interviewing and harm reduction techniques to discuss the variety of health topics to then provides you an opportunity to put your knowledge into practice!

Wellness Wednesday Workshop

Every Wednesday a new online workshop will be available to you for both Cultural Credit and #FitFam points! Listen to your peers talk about important topics for stduents just like you. Topics include dating safety, raging responsibly, and self-care, stress management.

#FitHats & #FitHats 2.0 are 3 week summer series focusing on regular exercise, learning about wellness habits, earning prizes, and having fun! This program is designed to be accessible to any person willing to participate. Participants compete in this individual challenge to create and maintain healthy habits.
