Susan Morris, a former city planner for the City of Orlando, has been in commercial real estate brokerage, development and consulting since 1982 in Central Florida. She has extensive experience in asset valuation, management, investment strategies and asset disposition, site selection, purchase negotiations, and financial and market analysis.

In 1996, Colliers International bought her commercial brokerage company to start the Orlando division of Colliers International. Morris also owns a development and consulting firm, Resource Development Investment Properties, Inc.

She is active in the community, serving or having served on the boards of directors for Urban Trust Bank, Downtown Development, Tri-County Transit Authority, UCF Foundation, Central Florida Zoological Society, and the American Red Cross.

Morris received a bachelor of science degree in abstract mathematics from Stetson University in 1969. She was elected to the university's Board of Trustees in May 2014.
