Presidential Search Committee Update

Campus Constituencies Engaged in Process

Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019

An integral component of the final selection process in the naming of the next president of Stetson University is engagement of the finalists with campus constituencies. The Presidential Search Committee assures the Stetson community that the candidates who have been identified as finalists in the presidential search will actively engage with individuals selected by committee members and representing a diverse spectrum of campus populations. These representatives include a number of students, graduate students, faculty and faculty senate members, staff members, members of the administration, alumni and trustees. The names of those selected are to remain confidential; nonetheless, we are confident they fittingly represent their constituencies to ensure a breadth of perspectives is heard.

Please check the presidential search website for updates on our progress. Thank you for your support of this important work, for your patience and understanding, and for your contributions that make Stetson an outstanding university!
